My name is Aurélie Farguès, born in Paris, France.

Graphic designer by profession, having a strong passion for art and design.

Inspiration taken from nature and my surroundings, specifically the plants, trees and flowers.

In addition to my mouse and keyboard, I utilize pencil, pen and felt pen, creating drawings to express myself.

My artistic practice is intuitive and spontaneous creation, I love to transcribe nature and plants in an abstract way, relating to deep thoughts and a vision of our current world.

​

I play with the curves and the light to create captivating and attractive contrasts, principally in black and white. In addition, I love playing with symmetry to create patterns and visual effects.

My art is characterize as “letting go”.
